01 Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the website at probedstudios.com (the “Website”) operated by Probed Studios Inc. (“Probed Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act with its registered office in Ontario, Canada.
This Policy covers the Probed Studios company website only. Our individual products and applications have their own privacy policies, which govern those products. For example, the Global Radio Plus application is governed by its own privacy policy.

02 Summary
Probed Studios is a small software studio. Our company website is a simple, informational site. We aim to collect as little information as possible:
- The Website does not require accounts, sign-up, or login.
- The Website does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking technologies.
- The Website does not sell or share your personal information.
- The Website does not display advertising.
- If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
03 Information we collect
Information you send us. If you contact us by email (for example, through a link on the Website), we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Technical information inherent to web requests. Like any website, when your browser loads the Website it transmits standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes this information to serve the Website securely and to protect against abuse, in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
The Website is a static informational site. We do not use analytics (including web-analytics tools), advertising or ad-identifier technologies, cookies, contact-form storage, or newsletters, and we do not build marketing profiles about visitors. If we introduce any of these in the future, we will update this Policy to disclose them before that change goes live.
04 How we use information
We use the limited information described above to: operate, maintain, and secure the Website; respond to messages you send us; and comply with our legal obligations.
05 Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers to operate the Website — notably our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) — which process information on our behalf to deliver and secure the site. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
06 International data transfers
We are based in Canada. Our service providers may process technical information on servers located outside Canada, including in other countries whose data-protection laws differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards and remain accountable for its protection.
07 Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and our records, after which it is deleted.
08 Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited personal information involved. The Website is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Children's privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at probedstudiosinc@gmail.com.
10 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email probedstudiosinc@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10.1 Canada — PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25. The individual accountable for our privacy compliance can be reached at probedstudiosinc@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (www.cai.gouv.qc.ca).
10.2 EU / EEA / United Kingdom — GDPR
If you are in the EEA or UK, Probed Studios Inc. is the data controller for the limited processing described here. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
10.3 California — CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident: in the past 12 months we have collected, at most, identifiers (such as an IP address inherent to web requests) and any information you choose to send us by email. We do not sell or share personal information. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To exercise them, email probedstudiosinc@gmail.com.
11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the current version on the Website.
