These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at probedstudios.com (the “Website”), operated by Probed Studios Inc. (“Probed Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act with its registered office in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms govern the Probed Studios company website only. Our individual products and applications are governed by their own terms. For example, the Global Radio Plus application is governed by its own Terms of Use / End-User Licence Agreement.
01 The Website
The Website is an informational website about Probed Studios and its work. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable for doing so.
02 Permitted use
You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You agree that you will not:
- (a) use the Website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website or its underlying systems;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROBED STUDIOS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 08 Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence, you and Probed Studios agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any dispute.
09 General
These Terms (with our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Probed Studios regarding the Website. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
