01 Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using Global Radio Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

02 License to use
Probed grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Global Radio Plus for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the app and its content.
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
- You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the app.
03 Acceptable use
You agree to use Global Radio Plus only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or connected networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
A note on third-party streamsGlobal Radio Plus links to publicly available radio streams operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
04 Content & streams
The app aggregates links to live radio streams that are made publicly available by their respective broadcasters. Probed does not own, host, or control this content, and the rights to each stream remain with its owner.
If you are a rights holder and believe a stream should not be listed, contact us using the details below and we will review your request.
05 Availability & changes
We work to keep Global Radio Plus available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the app, at any time.
06 Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probed Studios Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.
08 Termination
You may stop using Global Radio Plus at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
